Great store, fast delivery, very good quality

Excellent price and product. They’ve really changed my approach to sourdough baking. The bannetons were perfect for my purposes and formed loaves that fit my domestic oven in a way that really surprised me. I’m very pleased with the purchase and with the prompt delivery.

Purchased a bamboo blind after searching everywhere for the large bespoke size i needed for my window without success unless i paid ridiculous prices. Finally decided to take the plunge with this company and I'm so glad i did. The finish and quality is amazing and the delivery was even faster than stated. So if your looking for a good priced bamboo blind of high quality don’t let the fact that its coming from Hungary put you off. Because it probably arrived quicker than a bespoke blind manufactured here in the uk but at a much better price and standard. Thanks so much for a beautiful blind and at a bargain price

Fast delivery and high quality. As others before me, I can definately recommend Naturtrend.

I ordered two (2) square fretwork panels which had to match (I did not ask for matching). They were sent quickly and arrived in perfect condition.

There was a small problem in that they didn't quite match so I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement panel immediately with absolutely no problem.

I intend to buy more from them and found the service excellent.

I had a very complicated order (different countries, wrong order and then cancellation of the order) but the whole team of Naturetrend was super helpful! They were corresponding as well as in perfect German and French, answering my emails and phone calls even outside usual business hours and always super friendly. We ordered two made-to-measure sun blinds for our balcony.
First of all, we needed samples of the fabric. This went smoothly and they arrived within a week. We then ordered the design we wanted, and these were also manufactured and delivered within a week. It’s particularly worth noting that every stage of the process was documented via the order tracking system. We were particularly pleased that photos of the finished blinds, showing the specified measurements and desired details, were taken and sent to us by email.

I am very happy with the way this firm operates. The communication is clear the delivery also ok and the product is super!!

Wanted to order a product that was not in stock, e-mailed them. They quickly reacted and promised to mail me when it was back in stock again, which they did some weeks later. When I ordered the oversized product from Holland, it arrived only 5 days later (including a weekend).

Their website is accessible in multiple languages and their prices are very competitive.

Had numerous problems with very slow delivery. Bad communication. Finally managed to speak to someone who was unprofessional and unhelpful. Sadly ratan was of poor quality will have to replace. Appalling customer service with complete lack of understanding. Would not recommend. Expensive mistake
